I would love for sleep to come the moment that I lay my head down, but that doesn’t seem to have been happening of late. Instead, I have been spending most of the hours of darkness awake and bored when I should be asleep so that I am not grey the following day. grr.

I think a watch, some definition, more shirts & less floating would help.
